Designing and delivering intuitive dashboards that bring media performance and KPIs to life

Translating complex datasets into clear, actionable stories for a broad range of stakeholders

Partnering with internal teams and clients to define reporting needs and success measures

Supporting campaign and business analysis to inform optimisation and strategic decisions

Improving the usability, accessibility and scalability of reporting outputs over time

Contributing to data quality, governance and taxonomy consistency across reporting

Helping evolve reporting through automation and conversational, query‑led analytics

Experience building reporting and insights from large‑scale digital media datasets

Confidence working with Excel and BI tools (such as Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau)

Working knowledge of SQL and exposure to Python or automation approaches

Familiarity with modern data pipelines, APIs and data warehouses, and how they fit together

Strong understanding of media metrics such as CPM, CPA, ROAS and attribution

Ability to present data clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
