The Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Night Support Workers to join our dedicated team. Working overnight, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of our residents while maintaining a calm and supportive environment throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents during night shifts.
- Carry out regular welfare checks and respond promptly to residents' needs.
- Assist residents with personal care where required, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
- Support residents with mobility and transfers in accordance with care plans.
- Administer medication where trained and authorised to do so.
- Maintain accurate records and complete night reports.
- Ensure the home remains safe, secure, and clean throughout the shift.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow safeguarding procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide outstanding care.

- Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
