Working across our structural repairs contract you will have an input from the first instruction from out clients, whilst project managers are assigned to the works, we, at RIM Artium do not micro manage, all that we ask is that you are realistic when giving time frames.

Responsibilities
- Execute a variety of construction tasks including carpentry, roofing, masonry, and plumbing.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
- Assist in fabrication and installation activities as required.
- Support the quality control process by inspecting work for adherence to specifications.
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement.
Experience in undertaking structural repair works, including but not limited to Traditional Underpinning, Mini Piling and Concrete Floor Replacement would be a distinct advantage for this position, as would the ability/licensing to operate plant machinery.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in general construction or building roles.
- Strong skills in carpentry, roofing, masonry, and plumbing.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Preferred: Welding or electrical experience is advantageous.
- A valid construction-related certification or license is a plus.

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
