We're looking for a passionate, reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Chef to join our friendly team at Drink & Dine in the heart of Newhaven.

What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast & lunch dishes.
- Ensuring every meal is presented to a consistently high standard.
- Supporting food preparation, stock rotation and kitchen organisation.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Working closely with the front of house.
- Helping develop new specials and menu ideas includinc occasional dinner service.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- 18+ years old.
- Previous experience working as a chef in a café, restaurant or similar environment.
- Confident preparing food in a busy kitchen.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Must be available to work weekends, school holidays and key seasonal dates, including Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, New Year and other busy periods.
Hours
- Part-time.
- Typically 2–4 shifts per week, with additional hours available to cover holidays and busy periods.
