About us
We are a friendly and professional family-run plumbing and heating company based in Shaftesbury, Dorset.
We are looking to add a new member of part-time administrative staff to our office team.
The role will mostly involve doing our company invoicing but will also include;
- Answering and making business calls from customers, suppliers and engineers
- Use of job preparation software (training will be provided)
- General administrative tasks including use of spreadsheets and word processing
- Opportunities for progression as the business continues to grow
The ideal candidate will;
- have experience in a similar role
- be capable of handling a wide range of administrative tasks including a good knowledge of IT
- be enthusiastic
- have a high level of customer service
- great organisation skills
- have a genuine interest in the success of the company
We are a close team and really value all of our members of staff and provide regular social events throughout the year.
The preferred hours for the role are 08:30am until 17:00pm on a Monday and Wednesday.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
