Managed Print Support Specialist
Location: Office-based (with occasional travel)
About the Role
We’re looking for a technically minded and customer-focused Managed Print Support Specialist to support and deliver print management solutions across our customer base.
This role combines software support, device connectivity, troubleshooting, and customer communication. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party providers to ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery across managed print environments.
You’ll play a key role in supporting and maintaining solutions including uniFLOW and PaperCut, while helping customers resolve issues quickly and effectively.
This role suits someone who enjoys problem solving, working with technology, and building strong relationships through excellent service and communication.
What You’ll Do
- Implement, support, and maintain print management solutions including uniFLOW and PaperCut
- Gather customer requirements and help deliver tailored solutions
- Support software upgrades, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Assist with escalated technical support queries
- Monitor device connectivity and maintain monitoring platforms
- Diagnose and resolve network, device, and system issues remotely and on-site
- Work closely with Sales, Service, Field Engineers, customer IT teams, and third-party providers
- Maintain accurate systems and records to support service delivery and billing
- Provide clear communication and updates to customers and stakeholders
Requirements
Essential
- Experience in software implementation or technical support
- Strong networking and troubleshooting knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience working with customers and stakeholders
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with uniFLOW, PaperCut, or similar print management platforms
- Experience in managed print services or similar technical environments
- Familiarity with device monitoring tools and data collection agents
- Experience supporting pre-sales or solution build activities
