Duties
- Perform professional manicure and nail treatments, including shaping, polishing, and cuticle care.
- Provide specialised services such as gel nails, acrylics, or nail art as required.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or colours.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilised and well-maintained.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise client flow.
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously throughout their visit.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art and beauty treatments to offer innovative services.
Skills
- Proven experience in manicure techniques and nail care.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to apply makeup if required, enhancing overall client appearance.
