Full Job Description
We are currently recruiting for Asphalt Operatives living in or near to Derby and Atherstone to join our team.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and company vehicle.
Duties include:
- Laying and finishing asphalt to a high standard
- Operating plant, tools, and machinery safely
- Carrying out groundwork and site preparation
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
- Supporting the wider team on site
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Asphalt Operative or similar role
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- CSCS or relevant certification is an advantage
