Trainee Window & Door Installer

Nolan UPVC Windows is looking for hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing installation team as Trainee Window & Door Installers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working alongside our experienced installers on a variety of domestic and commercial projects. If you're motivated, enjoy practical work and are keen to develop a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting experienced installers with the installation of windows, doors and glazing products.
- Preparing materials, tools and work areas.
- Helping to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Providing excellent customer service while working in customers' homes and commercial premises.
- Learning all aspects of the installation process with the aim of progressing to a fully qualified installer.
Training & Career Progression
Following a successful probationary period (approximately 6 months), you'll begin our structured installer training programme.
As your skills develop, you'll progress through our incentive-based pay structure, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings as you gain experience and responsibility.
You'll also work towards becoming an NVQ-qualified Window & Door Installer, gaining a nationally recognised qualification while developing the skills and experience needed to become a fully trained installer.
What we're looking for:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
Salary
- National Minimum Wage (age dependent) to start.
- Structured pay progression throughout the training programme.
