Skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems including Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms.
- Strong administrative experience with excellent data entry skills.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with staff at all levels.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and social media management tools.
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping and reporting.
- Experience with Workday or Taleo is desirable but not essential;
