We are the sole Midlands distributor for VUBA — the UK's leading resin-bound surfacing brand. VUBA products are on premium driveways, patios, commercial car parks and public-realm projects across the country. Our job is to make VUBA the default choice for every installer, landscaper, developer and homeowner across the Midlands.
The role
We're hiring a part-time content creator whose single mission is to grow the VUBA name across the Midlands. You'll be out on live VUBA installs across the region capturing the material in action, back at the Lutterworth office editing, and running our social channels across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile.
This is a hands-on creator role — shooting, editing, planning and posting. You'll shape the regional VUBA content strategy, not just execute it.
Grow the VUBA name across the Midlands
- Own the VUBA content story in the region — every post, reel and case study reinforces VUBA as the premium resin brand
- Recruit and support installer sign-ups by showing the finished product doing what only VUBA can
- Build a Midlands VUBA installer showcase — a growing library of local jobs mapped to towns and postcodes
- Work alongside VUBA's national marketing so our regional content amplifies theirs, never duplicates or contradicts it
On-site content capture (Midlands, weekly)
- Visit live VUBA installs across the region — residential driveways, patios, commercial car parks, public-realm work
- Capture short-form video: install time-lapses, VubaMac sub-base pours, mix-station shots, edge detail, before/after reveals
- Shoot photography: hero shots of the finished surface, aggregate close-ups, drone flyovers of larger jobs
- Interview installers and homeowners for testimonial and case-study content that name-checks VUBA
Office production & channel management (Lutterworth)
- Edit reels, TikToks and YouTube shorts (30-60 seconds) using CapCut, Premiere or similar
- Build a monthly VUBA content calendar covering product launches, seasonal campaigns, technical tips and installer spotlights
- Write captions, hooks and CTAs that drive installer enquiries and homeowner "find a local VUBA installer" traffic
- Manage the posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile
- Respond to DMs and comments on-brand; escalate genuine sales leads to the office
Reporting & growth
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth and enquiry attribution monthly, with a specific view on Midlands postcodes
- Test formats, hooks and posting times — double down on what works
- Feed the best content back to VUBA HQ so it can be shared through the national channels
Who we're looking for
- Local to the Lutterworth / Rugby / Coventry / Leicester area — this role is not remote
- Able to come into the office and travel to Midlands installer sites in your own vehicle
- A confident short-form video creator — comfortable shooting on phone or camera and editing in CapCut/Premiere/DaVinci
- A demonstrable portfolio: personal account, previous client work, freelance projects, or a course output we can look at
- Strong eye for composition, lighting and product-focused visuals — the material has to look premium in every frame
- Understands the platforms: Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and how content differs on each
- Reliable, self-directed and organised — you'll be shaping the plan, not executing tickets
- Drone licence (A2 CofC or GVC) is a plus, not required
- Right to work in the UK
