E-commerce Fulfilment & Production Assistant – Flexible Part-Time

Hours: Approx. 4–5 hours per shift, depending on order volume
Working Hours: Approximately Between 9:00am and 4:00pm
Days: Usually 3–5 days per week, depending on business needs
We are looking for a reliable, quick and organised person to help with packing and dispatching online customer orders for our natural skincare brand.
The main focus of the role will be preparing online orders, packing parcels, creating shipping labels and making sure every order is sent out correctly, neatly and on time. During quieter periods, you may also be asked to help with simple production support, labelling, stock preparation and keeping the workspace organised.
This is a flexible part-time role on a zero-hours basis to start with. Hours may vary depending on how many online orders we need to send out each week. Some weeks may be busier than others, so we need someone who is flexible and happy to work around changing order volumes.
This role would suit someone who is quick, neat, practical, detail-focused and comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
Main Responsibilities
- Picking and packing online customer orders
- Creating and printing shipping labels
- Checking each order carefully before dispatch
- Packing products neatly so parcels look professional and presentable
- Making sure orders are prepared correctly and on time
- Helping with simple production tasks when needed
- Labelling products and preparing stock
- Keeping the packing and production area clean, tidy and organised
- Helping with basic stock checks when required
- Communicating clearly if there are any issues with orders, stock or products

Previous warehouse, packing, online order fulfilment or production experience would be helpful, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided.
The most important thing is that you are reliable, careful, quick to learn and happy to take responsibility for making sure orders are packed properly and sent out to a high standard.
