Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Kitchen Quartz, Ceramic and Granite Sales Representative to join our team.
We are looking to cover the areas from Sheffield down to Birmingham and Northampton.
This role will involve managing existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
The candidate must have a proven track record in sales within the KBB industry, with experience generating new business and client enquiries through kitchen showrooms, house builders, property companies, architects, and commercial projects.
This role involves engaging with clients, promoting our premium range of kitchen surfaces, and expanding our market presence through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including builders, architects, interior designers, and retail partners.
- Promote our range of quartz, ceramic, and granite products through effective presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate terms of sale to secure favourable agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within the market to expand the company's client base.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using IT systems.
- Drive company vehicles as required for client visits or product installations.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote our products and stay updated on market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the KBB industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant programmes.
- Valid driving licence with the ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
- Good time management skills to optimise daily schedules and maximise productivity.

Pay: £38,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
