Training Coordinator
Salary: £27,000-£30,000
Location: Itec London, EC1Y 0TW
Contract: Full-time, permanent, office based
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 16:30pm

Join Itec as a Training Coordinator and play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial and government-funded training programmes. Youll support the coordination of open courses and bespoke group training, working closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth and professional client experience while contributing to business growth.

- Co-ordinate training courses from enquiry through to delivery
- Act as a main point of contact for clients and Associate Trainers
- Manage bookings, course logistics, and delegate communications
- Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) records and reports
- Support the Sales team by identifying leads and new opportunities
- Prepare and issue invoices, track payments, and support financial processes
- Collate feedback and help improve future training delivery
- Work with marketing to promote upcoming courses
- Experience in a customer-facing, sales, or training environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience usingCRM systems
- Confident IT skills and good attention to detail
- Ability to work in atarget-driven, fast-paced environment
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude
