Blue Heart Clinics are seeking two experienced and patient-focused Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists to join our established private practice in the UK. These positions are only suited to clinicians with a minimum of 3 years’ post-graduate MSK Physiotherapy experience who are committed to delivering high clinical standards, hands-on treatment, and exceptional continuity of care.
All roles involve working across multiple clinic locations; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive MSK assessments, including movement analysis, functional testing, strength, and pain evaluation
- Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based rehabilitation and treatment programmes
- Provide high-quality manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and appropriate adjunctive MSK interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans to optimise clinical outcomes
- Educate patients on self-management strategies, posture, activity modification, and long-term injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with HCPC, CSP, and clinic governance standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, referrers, and colleagues to ensure excellent continuity of care
- Uphold the professional standards and values of Blue Heart Clinics
- Participate in continued professional development and reflective clinical practice
Essential Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registration (essential)
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-graduate musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience (essential)
- Strong clinical reasoning skills with confidence managing a varied MSK caseload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple clinic sites
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Desirable
- Previous experience within private MSK practice
- Additional postgraduate training in manual therapy, rehabilitation, pain management, or related MSK disciplines
- Interest in managing complex or persistent MSK conditions

Pay: £37,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
