Bar & Restaurant Supervisor
Salary: Up to £34,000 per year (full package)
Hours: Average of 45 hours per week
Typical rota: Worked over 4 days per week
The Kirklands Hotel is an award winning, family run business. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to join our friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, delivering outstanding customer service, and taking responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of a busy hospitality business.
The Role
As Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring every shift runs efficiently while creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Organising and leading staff throughout each shift.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries.
- Managing function enquiries and bookings.
- Maximising bookings and helping drive business.
- Handling cashing up, end-of-day procedures and secure lock-up.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.
- Supporting management with the day-to-day operation of the business.

- Has previous supervisory experience in hospitality or a strong team member ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.
- Leads by example with a positive, hands-on attitude.
- Is organised, reliable and confident making decisions.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Works well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Is flexible and committed to maintaining high standards.

Candidates must be over 18 and will be required to be flexible to work daytime and evening shifts as well as weekends. Our operating hours are between 8am - 12am.
Knowledge of EPOS now systems would be beneficial but not mandatory.
This is a full time permanent position.
Salary will be paid monthly
