The Beauty Spot @ The Dog's Spot is looking for a full-time qualified dog groomer to work in its Salon, Wash and Spa. Candidates must have at the very least a Level 2 qualification in dog grooming. Please do not apply if this isn't you.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality grooms - including breed standard when requested - as well as offering exceptional customer service.
The Beauty Spot prides itself on its gentle, welfare-led approach to grooming, making sure it is as happy and stress-free an experience for customers as possible. With this in mind, the successful applicant will have a genuine love of dogs.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Groom pets according to customer specifications.
- Keep accurate records of services provided.
- Maintain grooming tools and equipment in good condition.
- Inspect pets for signs of illness or injury.
- Provide advice on pet care and nutrition.

The Beauty Spot is situated in The Dog's Spot, an award-winning, independent dog store and dog-loving coffee shop which has been situated on Abingdon's High Street since 2023.
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
