The Role
As a consultation conversion specialist, you will be responsible for engaging patients before their consultations, ensuring they are informed, excited, and committed to attending.You'll work closely with our practice teams to maximise attendance rates and identify patients at risk of cancelling or not attending, proactively reengaging them and overcoming objections.
Key responsibilities include:
Contacting patients via phone, SMS and email ahead of appointments
Building rapport and generating excitement around treatment opportunities
Handling objections and addressing concerns that may prevent attendance
Reconfirming appointment details and next steps
Re-engaging patients who may be considering cancelling or not attending
Maintaining accurate records and follow up activity
Collaborating with practices to maximise consultation attendance
Key Performance Indicators
DNA (Did Not Attend) rate
Appointment confirmation rates
Re-engagement of at risk patients
Contact completion rates
Patient experience and communication standards
