Mangiare is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to join our friendly team.

What you’ll do:
- Support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day operation.
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Train and develop team members.
- Help achieve sales targets and maintain excellent guest satisfaction.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
