About the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of the Warehouse Noon’s shift. Supporting the shift managers and wider management team with the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, team leaders will be responsible for ensuring efficient team operations to achieve business targets. Coordinating workloads and providing support to ensure that the team delivers, including monitoring any issues and ensuring production targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met. Developing the team by focusing on individual performance of members support and achieve high standards, whilst fostering a culture of working safely.
Pay
The current rate of pay is £12.21 per hour + £1.89 per hour shift premium. £14.13 per hour in total
A £100 bonus is payable after 3 months service.
Hours- (40 hours p/w)
Sunday-Thursday: 18:00-02:00
Qualifications and experience:
- A good working knowledge of health and safety
- FLT license may be required
