Scope
Assist with routine maintenance, servicing, and basic repairs at customer sites, while supporting the installation and commissioning of new CAS products following delivery.

Responsibilities
- Assist with servicing and maintaining CAS products and equipment from other manufacturers, following company procedures and service schedules.
- Attend planned service visits and update progress through the Clik service management system.
- Support reactive maintenance and repair work as directed by the Service Manager.
- Complete basic service reports, worksheets, and timesheets accurately and on time.
- Help maintain company vehicles, tools, and test equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
- Report customer feedback, recurring issues, or potential opportunities to senior team members.
- Assist in identifying recurring technical or design faults and communicate these to the technical team.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of commonly used parts and consumables in the service vehicle.
- Promote company products, services, and spare parts in a professional manner when interacting with customers.
- Learn and stay informed about relevant industry standards, legislation, and company procedures.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and customer service at all times.
- Follow the Company Quality System and ensure records are kept up to date and accurate.
Pay: £27,389.94-£30,000.00 per year
