We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. Prior cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial settings
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas according to company standards
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly after use
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning activities to management
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when representing the company
Skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within allocated shifts
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
