Contract: Flexible (0–30h/week) | Salary: £12.71/hour (National Living Wage)
The Role: You are the face of our brand. You welcome every guest with energy, serve
our freshly baked cinnamon rolls with pride, and make sure every visit is one to
remember. You will be trained across all areas – baking, coffee, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering outstanding guest experience and active upselling
Preparing and baking rolls, frostings, and toppings
Preparing coffee and drink specialities
Operating the POS system and maintaining a clean, hygienic workspace
Requirements:
Positive, energetic, and guest-focused attitude
Willingness to learn across all stations (prior experience in hospitality of minimum 1 year required)
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate mandatory
Right to work in the UK
Note: All successful candidates will be invited to a paid trial shift (£12.71/hour) prior to
a formal offer of employment.
Pay: Up to £19,812.00 per year
