Role - Multi Trade Operative
Location - Midlands
Salary - £150 - £200 per day DOE
Are you a skilled Mult Trader looking to work with a respected nationwide maintenance provider on a self-employment basis, who thrives working across various sectors and services on hard and soft services.
Cura is a highly respected supply chain partner specialising in comprehensive property solutions across the residential, commercial, retirement, education, health and leisure sectors.
Summary
As a Self Employed Multi trade operative, you will be a versatile professional skilled in maintenance with all of part skill set - plumbing, tiling, bathroom installations, carpentry, kitchens, flooring, roofing, ground works, painting and decorating. With a strong focus on customer service, and possessing a valid driving license, you will excel in providing high-quality services to clients.
We are looking for:
- Multi trade experience e.g. Plumbing, Carpentry, Decorating, Tiling, Decorating
- Full drivers license
- Flexible approach
- Experience with working in occupied homes
- Experience with working in voids
- Consistently deliver excellent customer service
- CSCS Card desirable
- Own Tools essential
- Own van desirable / Van and fuel card provided when available
- Willing to travel - We aim to book all operatives in a 70 miles radius of their home postcode, however this is not always achievable
Salary is dependent on experience and would reflect on your skill set, however we welcome people who want to develop within the business.
Please note - Salary is paid via umbrella. CIS where applicable is handled via the umbrella company.
