Part Time 16 hrs - shifts are 8 hours on a rota basis at our Kingstown Filling Station.
We are seeking a friendly, reliable and hard-working Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our busy forecourt team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service and working in a fast- paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serving customers at the till and handling cash and card transactions.
Assisting customers with purchases and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Replenishing shop stock and ensuring shelves are well presented
Maintaining cleanliness throughout the shop and forecourt.
Following all health, safety and security procedures.
Supporting colleagues to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
What we are looking for
Excellent customer service communication skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual and flexible with working hours
Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
