We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain the high standards across two of Sheringham’s busiest pubs – The Robin Hood Inn and The Fishmongers Tavern.
This role includes cleaning both public areas and staff facilities across both sites, as well as maintaining our guest accommodation rooms at the Fishmongers Tavern.
This is an ideal position for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently and has a great eye for detail.
Hours Available
We have flexible opportunities available, including:
- Part-time daytime hours
- Weekend shifts
- Additional hours may be available during busy periods and holidays
Hours can be discussed to suit the successful applicant where possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning bars, restaurants and customer areas
- Cleaning toilets and washrooms to a high standard
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting throughout both premises
- Cleaning staff areas, offices and storage rooms
- Servicing and preparing guest bedrooms at the Fishmongers Tavern
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and consumables
- Reporting maintenance issues or damage
- Following cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures
- Helping maintain the high presentation standards our customers expect
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not essential
- Able to work across both sites in Sheringham
- Weekend availability
