Help Build Hertfordshire's Leading Laser Department
Inky Siren is a brand-new premium studio launching in Stevenage with an ambitious vision to become one of Hertfordshire's leading destinations for tattooing, laser and advanced skin treatments.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Laser & Skin Practitioner to establish, lead and grow our laser department from day one.
This is not simply another laser job.
We're looking for someone who wants to build something exceptional, take ownership of a department and help shape its future for years to come.
As founders, our focus is on building a trusted local brand through exceptional marketing, social media and community engagement, allowing you to concentrate on delivering outstanding treatments and creating an exceptional client experience.
Our Vision
We are building a premium laser department offering:
- Laser Hair Removal
- Laser Tattoo Removal
- Skin Rejuvenation
- Pigmentation Treatments
- Acne Treatments
- Vascular Treatments
Laser tattoo removal is an important part of our long-term vision due to our tattoo business, and we're looking for someone who either already offers this treatment or is committed to becoming qualified as part of building the department.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional laser treatments to the highest clinical standards.
- Carry out consultations, patch testing and treatment planning.
- Deliver outstanding customer care throughout the entire client journey.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and clinical documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with UK laser safety regulations and industry best practice.
- Help develop clinical protocols, systems and treatment standards.
- Advise on equipment, consumables and future service expansion.
- Help establish Inky Siren as one of Hertfordshire's leading laser providers.
- Take part in occasional social media content and educational videos to help build trust within our community.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds recognised laser qualifications.
- Has proven experience delivering laser hair removal.
- Has experience in laser tattoo removal or is committed to gaining this qualification as part of the role.
- Has experience in skin rejuvenation and other advanced laser treatments, or a genuine ambition to expand their clinical skill set.
- Understands consultations, skin typing and treatment planning.
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer care.
- Is organised, reliable and highly professional.
- Wants to build and lead a department rather than simply carry out treatments.
- Understands the importance of education, trust and long-term client relationships.
- Is comfortable appearing in occasional social media content. (No previous experience is necessary—we'll help with this.)
