Job Overview
Indespension is looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales & Service Advisor at our Branch in Cardiff, CF11 8TX. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Branch performance, assist in growing sales across our full range of tailers, parts and associated equipment.
You will have responsibility for delivering an excellent level of customer service by serving Customers in a professional and timely manner.
What You'll Be Doing:-
- Actively promoting and selling Indespension trailers, parts, equipment, and services.
- Advise and take orders for tailer hire and towbar fitting.
- Keeping the branch clean, well‑presented, and fully stocked with products and promotional materials.
- Maintaining detailed customer records including sales, enquiries, and follow‑ups.
- Ensuring the Workshop is at capacity.
- Assist with stock takes.
- Administrative duties invoicing, taking payments, etc.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a customer service role.
- Someone commercially minded, target‑driven, and proactive
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Current, valid driving licence would be an advantage.
- IT literate.
