Day Shift Production Operative

Besmoke is a rapidly growing food and flavour manufacturing company based near Arundel. As demand for our products continues to grow, we’re expanding our dedicated production team and looking for reliable, enthusiastic people to join us.
The Role
As a Day Shift Production Operative, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of our busy manufacturing facility, helping us produce high-quality products for some of the biggest names in the food industry.
Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm
Your responsibilities will include:
- Packing finished products
- Loading our smoke chambers
- Loading and unloading processing equipment
- Keeping your working environment clean and maintained to the highest standards
- Completing production records accurately
- Following food safety, hygiene and manufacturing procedures
- Working closely with the wider production team to meet daily requirements
No Experience? No Problem.
Previous food manufacturing experience is an advantage, but it’s not essential. Full training will be provided, giving you the knowledge and skills you need to become a valued member of the Besmoke team.
We’re looking for people who are reliable, hardworking and take pride in doing a job well. You’ll need a good eye for detail, a positive attitude and be comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
