We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team at The Holmbush Inn, St austell
We are hoping to recruit an enthusiastic individual with a “can do “attitude and hands on approach to assist our Head/Senior Sous Chef.
You must
Have proven experience in a previous Junior Sous/ Chef de Partie position.
. Be willing to learn and take direction.
· Be highly organised with excellent communication skills
· Be a proactive team player
· The ability to assist in menu planning using fresh and local ingredients
· Have effective stock control and be able to order efficiently
· Be calm and confident when catering for large numbers
· Assist in the running of the kitchen during the Head Chefs absence.
· Have a steady employment record with excellent checkable references.
Own transport is essential as there is no live in accommodation provided.
