What You'll Do
You'll provide person-centred support to adults in their own homes and within the local community, helping them live as independently as possible.
You could be:
- Providing personal care and support with daily routines.
- Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks.
- Supporting people to attend appointments and community activities.
- Encouraging independence and confidence.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Helping individuals achieve their personal goals.
You'll work with regular individuals, allowing you to build meaningful professional relationships and provide consistent, high-quality support.

Pay
- £12.71 per hour during probation (no previous care experience).
- £13.32 per hour after successful probation.
- £13.32 per hour from day one with two or more years of care experience.
Working Hours
Services operate between 7am and 11pm, seven days a week.
You'll work a set two-week rolling rota, providing predictable shifts and excellent continuity of care.
