Our busy Coffee Shop at 3 High Street East UPPINGHAM Rutland LE15 is looking for a full-time Manager commencing immediately.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Barista trained preferably, although training can be given to the right Candidate.
- A team player, friendly and approachable with great communication and organisational skills.
- Efficient and calm under pressure with the ability to multi-task and an eye for quality, detail and speed of service.
- Able to provide excellent customer service ensuring a warm welcome to each and every guest.
- Passionate about coffee and willing to uphold our brand standards.
- Flexible and prepared to tackle any task.
- Prepared to work weekends on a rota basis.
