Job Overview:
Are you ready to make a difference in our guests' experiences by ensuring their surroundings are clean, comfortable, and inviting? We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Lodge Cleaner to join our team. As a Lodge Cleaner, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our lodges, creating a welcoming environment for our guests to enjoy throughout their stay.

Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include:

Cleaning and tidying assigned lodges meticulously, encompassing bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Performing tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces as required to maintain a pristine environment.

Changing linens and making beds with care and attention to detail.

Replenishing amenities including toiletries and towels to ensure our guests' comfort and convenience.

Emptying trash and recycling bins promptly and efficiently to maintain cleanliness standards.

Reporting any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management, ensuring swift resolution.

Adhering strictly to health and safety guidelines and procedures to uphold the well-being of our guests and staff.

Collaborating seamlessly with fellow team members to ensure efficient lodge turnover and guarantee guest satisfaction.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need:

Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, though not essential, is preferred.

A meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for cleanliness to maintain our lodges to the highest standards.

The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

Excellent time management skills and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and management effectively.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as required during cleaning tasks.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as necessary to meet the demands of our business and ensure guest satisfaction.
