As a Car Park Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient management of our car park facility.

We currently have positions for Car Park Attendants to join our Cheltenham team.
The role:
- The successful candidate will be expected to sustain a high level of customer satisfaction whilst maintaining a clean and secure parking environment.
- Completion of all cleaning procedures to a high standard.
- Patrol regularly to ensure a safe operating environment for both staff and customers.
- To carry out cash handling procedures accurately in a timely manner.
- First line maintenance and fault finding on all car park and office equipment when necessary.
- Carry out other tasks as required to meet operational requirements.
Experience :
Previous customer service experience.
Be flexible with a can-do attitude to work.
Previous cash handling experience.
Excellent communication skills.
A full UK driving licence is desirable.
