Job description
We are looking for a full time member of staff however, we can be flexible to work around childcare if required.
Travel consultant for a family run business providing holiday accommodation in certain areas within mainland Spain, Mallorca, Ibiza and Portugal.
We cover a range of properties from apartments to high end luxury villas. You will need to be confident in liaising with clients from different backgrounds with different requirements.
Your role will include:
- consulting clients on their holiday requirements and finding a range of suitable properties.
- communicating with clients over the phone and via email
- calculating rates using a percentage mark up system
- uploading properties and information to our website
- processing all associated administrative tasks
- requesting, collecting and processing payments
You must:
- Have good mathematical skills
- Be confident liaising with clients
- Be a trustworthy individual
- Have a GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
The right candidate will be happy working in a small team and individually. Previous experience within the industry is a bonus but not essential as you will be fully trained.
Work remotely
- Not at the start but could be 1 day per week working
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
