Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Construction Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various construction activities, assist skilled tradespeople, and help ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple construction disciplines while contributing to exciting building projects.
Duties
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling to keep the work area organized and safe
- Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters and bricklayers
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain safety protocols by using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to site safety guidelines
- Perform general labor duties including lifting heavy materials, digging, and site maintenance
- Drive a 7.5 ton tipper, Cat C1 drivers licence required
Experience
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required; we value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is advantageous
- Demonstrated commitment to safety practices on construction sites

Pay: £12.71-£16.00 per hour
