Social Care Recruitment are currently recruiting for Children's Support Workers to join our friendly team in the Ledbury area.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must have full right to work in the UK (no restrictions), hold a full UK manual driving licence, and have at least 6 months’ experience in social care. Please note, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:
● Supporting and engaging young people with challenging behaviours
● Supporting daily routines and activities
● Shopping and running errands
● Maintaining accurate records of daily activities
● Supporting with days out and providing companionship
You will need:
● A passion for working within children's residential care
● A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a care role
