- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Manage stock levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and process payments efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws regarding the sale of alcohol and uphold responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods, supporting overall venue operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or serving roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Knowledge of food safety standards relevant to bar operations is desirable.
