The Worcester Vet Group is looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic and motivated RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and dedicated team on a full-time basis.
Hours – 37.5 hours a week across 5 weekdays. 1in4 weekend duties but no on call expectation.

About the Role
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will have gained hands-on experience across a wide range of nursing duties. We are looking for an individual to work alongside our experienced veterinary surgeons, nurses and support staff bringing this experience and implementing it as part of a collaborative team.
You would utilise and develop your clinical skills whilst working as part of a team and providing high standards of patient care, ensuring every patient receives exceptional treatment and compassion throughout their journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding nursing care to medical and surgical patients.
- Assisting with consultations, diagnostics and surgical procedures.
- Monitoring anaesthesia and supporting patients throughout recovery.
- Performing nurse consultations and client education.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records.
- Preparing and maintaining theatre, equipment and clinical areas.
- Supporting inpatient care, laboratory work and diagnostic imaging.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide the highest standards of veterinary care.
- Reception duties to assist/cover reception team
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse.
- Has excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient and client care.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
- Is organised, proactive and keen to continue developing professionally.
- Demonstrates compassion, empathy and attention to detail in all aspects of their work.
