Job Opportunity: Lanyard Production (Aldershot)
We, a manufacturing company in Aldershot, are looking for flexible and permanent staff to assist with production. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible self-employed or permanent work in a factory environment.
Role Overview
Successful candidates will support various stages of lanyard manufacturing, including:
- *Pre-Press & Artwork Preparation – Setting up print ready files, operating sublimation printers, monitoring print quality and colour accuracy.
- Sewing – Stitching and assembling lanyards.
- Final Assembly – Attaching plastic safety breaks to lanyards.
- Packing – Preparing and packaging customer orders efficiently.
*Successful candidates will support both the pre-press and production departments. This role combines printer operation with hands-on manufacturing duties. When print production is running, operatives will assist with assembly, safety break fitting, sewing, quality control, and packing to help ensure customer orders are completed on time.
Location
- Aldershot, UK – Work takes place at the factory.
Pay & Hours
- £12.71 per hour (Monday–Friday).
- Work is self-employed and dependent on business demand.
