Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Gutter, Fascia and Soffit Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gutter systems, fascias, and soffits on residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of construction techniques, safety standards, and the ability to work with various tools and materials. The successful applicant will contribute to the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of buildings while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Duties
- Install, repair, and replace gutter systems, fascias, and soffits in accordance with project specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
- Work as part of a team to ensure seamless integration of guttering systems with roofing structures.
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials such as fascia boards, gutters, and soffit panels safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction-related roles specialising in roofing, carpentry, or masonry is preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and plumbing or masonry equipment is essential
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy lifting and working at heights
- Physical fitness to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly and work in outdoor environments
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Must hold a full clean UK Driving licence for a minimum of 5 years.
Candidates should be organised, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Prior experience in roofing or exterior building works will be highly regarded.

Pay: £15.00 per hour
