Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Early Morning Commercial Cleaner to join our team located in Bath City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises during early hours. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment, ensuring spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff alike. Varied Hours
6.30am to 9.30am- 4 days on 4 days off Monday to Sunday
6.30am to 9.30am- Monday to Friday
6.30am to 10.30am- Saturday and Sunday
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces including offices, retail outlets, and industrial sites during early mornings.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and clean carpets as required.
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to maintain a professional appearance.
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is used safely and correctly.
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or hazards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable with a good work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Punctuality and commitment to early morning shifts are essential, excellent time keeping is essential .
