We are looking for an Electronics Engineering Manager to lead our Electronics Hardware Development team and drive both technical excellence and people development.
This role combines engineering leadership, team development and strategic delivery.
You will lead a talented electronics engineering team responsible for developing the hardware that powers our next generation of advanced laser products while partnering closely with software, firmware, project management and wider business stakeholders.
You will have genuine influence, helping shape engineering capability, development processes and future product innovation.
