The Role
Install, repair and maintain pitched and flat roofing systems to a consistently high standard — safely, on time, and with the kind of finish that keeps clients coming back.
What You'll Do
- Install, repair and replace pitched and flat roofing systems
- Fit tiles, slates, felt, membranes and associated materials
- Install and repair fascias, soffits and guttering
- Inspect roofs, diagnose defects and carry out emergency repairs
- Measure roofs and calculate material requirements
- Work safely at height using the correct access equipment and fall protection
- Meet current Building Regulations and industry standards on every job
- Keep sites clean, safe and organised; dispose of waste responsibly
- Deal professionally with customers, suppliers and other trades
What You'll Bring
- Proven domestic and commercial roofing experience across pitched and flat systems
- Sound knowledge of materials, installation methods and repair techniques
- Ability to read drawings and specifications
- Practical problem-solving and a genuine eye for detail
- Clear communication and a customer-first manner
- Confidence working solo or as part of a team
Qualifications (Preferred)
- NVQ Level 2/3 Roofing Occupations, or equivalent experience
- Working at Height training
- PASMA or IPAF (where applicable)
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
Health & Safety
You'll work in line with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and our company policies — wearing and maintaining PPE, completing risk assessments before starting, using access equipment correctly, following safe manual handling, and reporting hazards, accidents and near misses without delay.
What We Provide
All tools, equipment, materials and PPE needed for the role, unless agreed otherwise.

Reliable, punctual and presentable. Honest, hard-working, and unfazed by British weather. Flexible on hours when the job demands it.
Reports To: Site Supervisor / Contracts Manager
Hours: As per contract, with flexibility to meet operational requirements
Pay: £160.00-£210.00 per day
Work Location: On the road
