We have a rarely available position within our Glenrothes store for a Team Leader, our team leaders main responsibility is to ensure that our store is run in accordance with company procedures in the absence of the manager. This includes -
- Looking after and managing our team.
- Accepting and working deliveries of stock.
- Stock control and monitoring.
- Ensuring store standards are maintained.
- Any issues that arise are dealt with and reported to the manager.
- Security procedures are followed.
- Record keeping.
- Cash control.
- Store opening and closing.
- This is a key holder position.
Our team leaders are pivotal to the smooth running of our stores and are expected to work alongside our teams to ensure our stores are maintained to a high standard and are a pleasant and safe place for our team to work and also for our customers to visit.
The shift pattern and working hours for this position are a minimum of 2 shifts per week. The shifts are generally 6am- 2pm or 2pm-10pm, we work on a four weekly rota and this position involves weekend working and the ability to cover some extra shifts by arrangement to cover holidays etc. We are looking for someone to join the team and start their training within the next few weeks.
For the team leader position retail experience would be prefered.

Team Leader wage rate is £13.00 per hour
