Evening Mobile Cleaner – Driver Required
£12.71 per hour | 30 guaranteed hours per week | Permanent
Clean Sweep Commercial is a local, family-run commercial cleaning company established in 2005. We have never missed a scheduled clean since 2005, and dependable service remains central to how we operate.
We are looking for a reliable Evening Mobile Cleaner to join our established cleaning team, working across commercial premises in and around Lincoln.
You will travel between allocated sites in a company vehicle during your shift. A full UK driving licence is therefore essential.
You will always work as part of a team and will not be expected to clean client premises alone.
No previous cleaning experience is required. Full on-the-job training, uniform and clear site instructions will be provided. We are primarily looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work, supports their colleagues and can be trusted to act responsibly.
Working hours
- 30 guaranteed hours per week
- Hours worked across a variable evening rota
- Shifts normally start at approximately 6:30 pm
- Working days and finish times will vary according to the rota, client requirements and workload
- Rota details will be provided in advance
- Applicants must be comfortable working later evening hours
- Reasonable flexibility will be required to support holiday and absence cover
Company vehicle
A company vehicle is provided for authorised travel between client sites.
Subject to company approval and suitable secure parking, the successful applicant may be permitted to keep the vehicle at home between shifts.
What you will be doing
- Working alongside other members of the evening cleaning team
- Cleaning offices and other commercial premises
- Driving the company vehicle safely between allocated sites
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and cleaning agreed areas
- Cleaning toilets, kitchens and staff facilities
- Following site instructions and safe working procedures
- Completing simple electronic site reports
- Reporting access problems, damage, low supplies or cleaning concerns promptly
- Handling keys, alarm information and client premises responsibly
- Helping the team complete each site to the required standard
- Checking that premises are left secure when the team finishes
This is a hands-on cleaning position. Driving between sites forms part of the role, but you will personally undertake cleaning duties alongside the rest of the team throughout each shift.

Previous cleaning experience is welcome but not essential. Full training will be provided, including site procedures, equipment, safe working practices and the cleaning standards we expect.

Employment will be subject to satisfactory references, confirmation of driving entitlement and any appropriate checks required for the client sites being serviced.
Permission to keep the company vehicle at home will depend on company approval, suitable parking and applicable insurance requirements.
