What You'll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant / Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred care and support tailored to each client's needs. Your duties may include:
- Supporting with morning, daytime, or evening routines
- Preparing meals and assisting with light household duties
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Providing personal care where required
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Shift Patterns
- Shifts are allocated typically between 8:00am to 10:00pm
- Weekend availability is required (alternate weekends may be available)
- Travel only Across Runcorn, Widnes, and Frodsham with paid travel time and milage
What We're Looking For
We're looking for caring, dependable individuals who:
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle (or have reliable transport between visits, which are typically around 15 minutes apart)
- Have a genuine passion for supporting others
- Are compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Want to build a rewarding career in health and social care
No previous care experience is necessary—we're looking for the right attitude, and we'll provide the training you need.
