Take pride in your work – and see the difference you make every day.
We’ve created an exciting opportunity to join our new Estates & Caretaking Team, helping to keep our estates clean, safe and well looked after for our residents.
As an Estates Officer, you’ll be out on our estates every day, carrying out inspections and hands-on work to maintain communal areas, green spaces and shared buildings. From dealing with fly tipping and untidy gardens to carrying out minor repairs and supporting grounds maintenance, your work will have a direct and visible impact on the communities we serve.
This is a varied, practical role where no two days are the same. You’ll work alongside colleagues, contractors and residents to spot issues early, keep standards high, and help resolve problems quickly – all while building positive relationships on your patch.
We’re looking for someone who:
-
enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
- takes pride in keeping areas clean, safe and well maintained
- is practical, reliable and able to turn their hand to a range of tasks
- has experience in a similar environment (housing, estates, maintenance or grounds work)
- can communicate well with residents and take a proactive approach to solving problems
A full driving licence is essential, and you will need access to a suitable vehicle for work.
If you want a hands-on role where you can see the results of your work and make a real difference to local communities, we’d love to hear from you.
