Essential Requirements
✅ Minimum 1 year's Airbnb/Serviced Accommodation cleaning experience (this is essential)
✅ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
✅ Happy to travel to Birmingham, Solihull, Leicester, Leamington Spa and surrounding areas
✅ Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
✅ Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards
✅ Confident following checklists and company procedures
✅ A positive team player with a strong work ethic
✅ Someone who wants to grow with the company
What We Offer
- £15.00–£18.00 per hour
- 35p per mile mileage reimbursement
- Minimum 20-hour contract
- Working hours generally between 9:30am–4:00pm (hours may increase depending on workload)
- Full training with up to two weeks of shadowing before working independently (experienced cleaners may progress sooner)
