A fantastic opportunity for front of house team members has become available to join our wonderful team at the Crown Inn Dial Post.
The Crown Inn is an award winning, family run and operated pub with boutique B&B rooms located in the heart of Dial Post. Renowned for our great food, atmosphere and service, we are looking to grow our front of house team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and full of character and natural charm.
We are a small team so you must be ready to help out wherever you can across the business if needed.
Shift patterns are flexible, and cover some evenings and weekends.
About you:
- Experience within hospitality prefered
- Customer focused with a hands-on approach
- Passionate about delivering great customer service
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Not afraid of hard work and ready to take on challenges
- Knowledge of food and drink
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction.
